Common questions
Do you work with firms outside of Texas?
Yes. All work is delivered remotely as file-based packages, so geography is not a constraint. Projects have been completed throughout the Southwest and Southeast.
How far in advance do you book?
Typically 4–8 weeks for new engagements. Concept packages can often start sooner, depending on current project volume.
Do you work directly with homeowners?
Occasionally, but the practice is primarily structured for B2B engagements — working with firms and contractors as a specialist sub-consultant. If you're a homeowner, the most effective path is through your architect or contractor.
What site information do you need to start?
Survey data, site photos from multiple orientations, the existing site plan or plat if available, and any architectural drawings for the adjacent structure. The written scope brief will specify exactly what is needed for the engagement.
Do you coordinate with our engineer or contractor?
On Premium engagements, coordination with structural and civil consultants is included in scope. On Concept and Full Design packages, the file package is delivered in a format your team can share directly.
What file formats are included?
All packages include PDF construction documents and DXF files compatible with AutoCAD. Specific file formats are confirmed in the written scope.
